Privacy
This policy explains what Muslim Prepared collects, why, and what you can do about it. Muslim Prepared is run by SEA Incorporated LTD, which is the data controller. Contact: info@muslimprepared.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you ask for your family plan or the Risk Brief.
- Your household numbers (how many adults, children and so on) and which items on the plan you have ticked, only if you ask us to email your plan. They are stored as part of your plan link. We never ask for names, addresses or health details.
- Purchase details, if you buy from us. Payments are handled by our checkout provider; we never see your card number.
- Anonymous visit statistics from cookieless analytics. These don't identify you.
Why we use it
- To send your plan and the emails you signed up for. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
- To deliver products you buy and keep the records the law requires. Our lawful basis is the contract with you and our legal obligations.
Who processes it for us
- Sender (UAB Sender.lt, Lithuania), for email.
- Payhip, for checkout and downloads.
- Netlify, for hosting the website.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Purchase records: six years, for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@muslimprepared.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The family plan remembers which items you've ticked in your own browser only.
