The Muslim Family Survival Playbook
The government now asks every home to cope for three days without power, water, phones or the internet. This workbook turns that into a plan for a Muslim home: water for wudu, halal food, power, health, money and faith, for 3 days, 2 weeks and 3 months.

The checklist was written for someone else's home
The Be Ready checklist asks for 3 litres of water per person per day, no-cook food, a torch, a radio and cash. It's a good list. It doesn't count the water five people need for wudu, what a halal household eats when the fridge dies, or how to find the qibla and pray Fajr on time in the dark.
The Playbook does. It's written by a London dad who reads risk reports for a living, for families who pray five times a day, look after their parents and live on a budget.

What actually happened
Every chapter opens with a real event: the Tunbridge Wells water crisis, the Spanish blackout, the cyber attack that emptied French supermarket fridges, and the cloud outages that locked people out of their banks.
One real-shaped household
Two parents, three children and a grandmother in a third-floor London flat, worked through with real numbers. Then you swap in your own, whatever your home looks like.
Checked, dated, cited
Health, food and fuel advice from the NHS, Food Standards and HSE. Every hadith with its collection and number. Where scholars differ, it tells you so and points you to your imam.
Before you buy
We're not a South Asian family. Is it still for us?
Yes. The worked household is South Asian because ours is, but every chapter gives the principle first and tells you how to swap in your own food, home and family. Arab, African, Turkish, convert and mixed households all use the same plan.
Is this a religious ruling?
No. It explains the Qur'an and Sunnah behind preparation, with references you can check. Where scholars differ, such as tayammum or wiping over socks, it describes the practice and asks you to confirm with your local imam.
Does it cost a lot to follow?
The first rung is built mostly from food and water you already buy and replace. The 30-Day Plan has three budget tiers, and the book says plainly what each rung costs, so you can start wherever your budget allows.
What if the power and internet are down when I need it?
That's the point of the first page: save the PDF to your phone the moment you buy it, put a second copy on another device, and print the three pages you'd need if every battery died.
Can I share it with family?
Each copy is for one household and is stamped with the buyer's email. If you want to help another family, you can gift them their own copy.
Who am I buying from?
From Muslim Prepared, a trading name of SEA Incorporated Ltd. Payhip runs the checkout and sends your download link, and Stripe handles card payments, so we never see your card details. Your statement will show PAYHIP* MUSLIMPREP.
Can I get a refund?
It's a digital download. When you buy, you agree that the download starts straight away and that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once it does. This doesn't affect your rights if the file is faulty or not as described. See the terms.
Is it doom and gloom?
No. It's calm, practical and written for parents. No end-times speculation, no fear-selling. Tie your camel, then trust in Allah.
When the systems stop, your family shouldn't.
Start with three days. Build to three months. Do it calmly, from income, with your faith at the centre.
